Team And Settings
Organization Settings
Organization settings store basic workspace information such as name, timezone, locale, preferred date format, website, and address.
The supported regional locales are United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. Choose the practice timezone and one of the available date formats. Saved date and time preferences are used across staff pages, notifications, and the client portal.
The Organisation Name is saved to your account and displayed on your public lead form. It is also used as the identity in account emails, team invitations, portal access emails, and the client portal. Update it before sharing links or inviting users so recipients see the correct practice name.
If the organisation name is blank, Immigranter is displayed instead. An individual user’s name is not used as the organisation identity in client-facing pages or emails.
Team Invitations
Use team invitations to invite colleagues by email. Invitations expire after seven days.
- Open Settings > Users.
- Enter the colleague’s email address.
- Select Admin or Member.
- Send the invitation.
- Resend an invitation if the original email is lost.
- Revoke a pending invitation if it was sent to the wrong address.
Roles
The invitation records one of these roles:
- Admin.
- Member.
Current record access is not fully restricted by these role labels. Do not rely on the selected role as the only control for sensitive records.
Invitation emails identify the sender by the Organisation Name, not an individual user’s name. Set the correct organisation name before inviting team members.
Custom Fields
Custom fields extend client and application records. Supported types are:
- Text.
- Number.
- Date.
- Yes or no.
- Dropdown.
- Download.
Checklist Templates
Checklist templates are managed from Settings > Metadata and can be reused across client and application records.
Profile Settings
Users can update profile information, password, Google connection, and account settings from the profile dropdown. See Profile, password, and account.
Google Sign-In
Existing users can link a verified Google account with the same email. New Google accounts follow the current public-registration and team-invitation rules. See Google Sign-In.
Portal Link Handling
Portal links provide application-specific client access. Staff should share them only with the intended client and revoke access from the Application if a link is exposed or no longer needed.
