Can I Embed The Lead Form On My Website?

Yes. Go to Leads → Form Settings and click Copy Embed Code to get an <iframe> snippet you can paste into any webpage.

Why Does My Lead Form Show My Name Instead Of My Practice Name?

The form displays the Organisation Name from Settings → Organisation Settings. Update it there to show your practice name on the form.

What Happens If I Remove All Visa Types?

The visa type dropdown disappears from the public lead form. Leads submitted without a visa type will have no visa type recorded.

Is The Lead Form Visible To Anyone?

Yes. The form URL is public and does not require a login to access. Keep your form link private if you do not want unsolicited submissions.

Can One Application Have Multiple Clients?

Yes. Applications can be linked to multiple clients. This is useful for family groups, dependants, or related applicants.

What Happens When A Checklist-Linked Document Is Deleted?

If the deleted document was the only file linked to that checklist item, the item may be marked incomplete again.

Can I Add Practice-Specific Fields?

Yes. Use Settings > Metadata to create custom fields for clients and applications.

Can I Reuse Document Checklists?

Yes. Create checklist templates in Settings > Metadata and apply them to clients or applications.

Does The AI Review Visa Evidence?

No. The current Gemini integration is limited to support ticket categorization and feature request summaries.

Portal email links are single-use and expire after 48 hours. The authenticated session also lasts 48 hours. The client can open the original portal URL and request a new email link while portal access remains active.

Why Did The Client Not Receive A Portal Email?

Confirm the client record has the correct email address, ask the client to check spam, and verify portal access has not been revoked. Repeated access requests are rate-limited.

Does View File Open A New Browser Tab?

No. The View action opens an in-app preview popup. Use Download when the file must be opened or saved outside Immigranter.

Where Can I See Storage Usage?

Open Documents. The storage overview shows used space, the plan allowance, percentage used, and remaining space.

Where Are Profile And Password Settings?

Open the profile dropdown in the navigation bar and select Profile & Password.
