Leads And Contacts
Purpose
The Leads page captures enquiries from prospective clients through an embeddable form hosted by Immigranter. Each organisation gets a unique public form URL tied to their account. Submissions appear directly in the Leads list for review and follow-up.
Your Lead Form
Each organisation has a permanent, unique lead form URL at:
https://app.immigranter.com/lead/{your-unique-token}
The form collects name, email, phone, visa type (if configured), and a message. No login is required for the person submitting the form.
Share The Form
Open Leads → Form Settings to access your form URL and embed code.
- Copy URL — share the link directly via email, social media, or your website.
- Preview — open the form in a new tab to see what visitors see.
- Copy Embed Code — paste the
<iframe>snippet into any webpage to embed the form inline.
The form displays your organisation name from Settings → Organisation Settings.
Embed The Form On Your Website
- Go to Leads → Form Settings.
- Click Copy Embed Code.
- Paste the
<iframe>code into your website’s HTML wherever you want the form to appear.
The form submits to Immigranter and the lead appears in your Leads list immediately.
Visa Types
Visa types let you pre-define the immigration services your practice offers. When at least one visa type is configured, a required dropdown appears on the lead form so enquirers can indicate their visa interest.
Add A Visa Type
- Go to Leads → Form Settings.
- Under Visa Types, type the visa type name (e.g. Skilled Worker Visa).
- Click Add.
Remove A Visa Type
Click the × next to any visa type to remove it. If all visa types are removed, the dropdown disappears from the public form.
Manage Incoming Leads
Leads appear in the list below the page header in reverse chronological order.
- Search — filter leads by name or email using the search bar.
- Status — use the dropdown on each lead card to move it through New, Contacted, or Resolved.
- Visa type — shown on the lead card if the enquirer selected one.
- Delete — remove a lead using the bin icon. This action is permanent.
Convert To Client
Use Convert to Client to review the lead details, complete missing client information, and create the Client record. The lead message can be saved as the first client note.
After conversion, create an Application, link the Client, apply a checklist template, and enable Client Portal access.
Good Practice
- Set your organisation name in Settings → Organisation Settings before sharing the form so the form displays the correct practice name.
- Configure visa types before embedding the form so enquirers can indicate their visa interest from the start.
- Review new leads regularly and update the status to keep the list accurate.
